Packaging & Gift Boxes - All jewellery items will be packaged in an Armed&Gorgeous gift box or gift bag,
with exterior packaging. Handbags will be despatched in protective interior packaging and padded outer
packaging.
Despatch - We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours Monday to Friday. However, please note that we have to allow 7 to 10 days for Gorgeous Charm Bead orders.
Delivery - All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt. Orders will be
despatched from Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirming despatch of your order.

UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery 1-2 days £1.50
UK Special Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery, next day guaranteed. £5.95.
Orders placed before 14.00 will be delivered before 13.00 the following day*
Orders placed after 14.00 will be despatched the following day and delivered before 1pm the day after. *
*Please note that the Royal Mail does not guarentee a Special Delivery Service in all areas on a Saturday.
Europe - Royal Mail International signed for 3-5 days £5.95
Rest of World - Royal Mail International signed for 4-10 days £5.95
Late or Lost Deliveries
UK Deliveries - Your confirmation of despatch email will include a recorded delivery number, alternatively, call
us and we will supply you with the number. Contact your local post office with this number and they should be
able to trace your parcel.
In the rare event that you do not receive your parcel within 15 working days, the Royal Mail will declare the
package as lost and Armed&Gorgeous will refund or replace the missing Parcel.
International Deliveries - On rare occasions Customs will hold deliveries for up to 28 working days. If you do
not receive your package within 28 days Armed&Gorgeous will refund or replace the missing parcel.
