INDIVIDUALITY
Many of our products are handmade and use natural materials, including semi-precious stones. Their
individuality is part of their charm, and they may show slight variations to the product photograph on the site.
We aim to give a full and accurate description of all our products, but should the item not be the right one for
you returns are simple:
PAYMENT PROCESSING
If you call us to place an order, we will take your payment details, but will not process the order until the item is despatched.
RETURNS
Unsuitable Items
If you receive an item, which is unsuitable, return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or full refund.
Advise us by telephone on 01453 832828 or email armedandgorgeousjewels@googlemail.com within 7 days. stating your order number and requesting a return
We will email you a returns number. This should be written on the returns note enclosed in your order.
Complete the returns note, with your returns number, enclose it in the parcel with your unsuitable items and
post it to us at the address provided on the returns note.
Items reaching us within 7 days of receipt of the returns number, in perfect condition, in their original
packaging, will receive a full refund or exchange, excluding the cost of returning postage.
Items reaching us after this time, but within 30 days, in perfect condition, in their original internal packaging,
will be eligible for exchange only.
Items received after that date will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be returned to you.
We recommend you obtain a proof of postage, available free of charge from the post office, as we can not
except responsibility for items lost in transit.
Exceptions:
Items returned, and damaged in transit, because the outer packaging is not secure or suitable will not be
eligible for refund and will be returned to you.
Current Health and Hygiene Regulations mean that we are unable to accept returns on earrings, under any circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed for 30 days. We aim to supply only high quality, jewellery and handbags and
all our products are checked before despatch.
However, on rare occasions products may be faulty. Advise us within 30 days, if your product is faulty and we
will arrange a return, and full refund, exchange or replacement, including postage. Advise us after 30 days and
we will arrange to repair the damaged item free of charge.

short time.
CONTRACT OF SALE
Our stock control system will advise you if an item is out of stock and will not place an out of stock item in
your basket. However on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and we will contact you by
telephone or email.
Your order is an offer not a contract of sale between you and Armed & Gorgeous, so prices and stock
availability will not be contractually confirmed until we despatch the order and process the payment.
