Our One Year Warranty
We are proud of the quality of our jewellery. This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll replace your product without question if your jewellery is affected by faulty workmanship. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
This warranty does not cover lost items, natural tarnishing, or scratches associated with normal wear and tear (for example a bent or dented ring or snapped chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product carried out by a third party.
Please note that our is for jewellery items ONLY, and that it is void in the case of natural wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse.
Warranty covers manufacturing faults and issues that would be valid would include the likes of a gemstone falling out of a setting, or a huggie hinge not working correctly etc.
Issues that are not deemed as manufacturing faults will not be covered in the warranty and would include issues such as catching a chain on something and it snaps, or bending a bangle or ring. This also includes misuse of items or lack of care such as wearing jewellery during sports or arduous tasks.
Price match promise
We are proud to say we match the prices for all items that are not our own and are designed by other artisans or designers. If you find an item that we sell of another designers that is cheaper than us (excluding offers,discounts, or deals) then please contact us at [email protected] with more information and we will match this price if we can.
This price match does not include items that are unbranded and where similar items have been found online that are cheaper, as if the item is not identical then we cannot match it. If a similar looking item online is cheaper, we cannot be sure that it does not use a lower grade metal, plating, gemstone quality etc.
