We hope you love your purchase – but if it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns as simple as possible. Wrong size or want a different item? We offer exchanges that we will send out for free.
90-day no-quibble returns on unused items
1-year warranty on faulty jewellery
Refunds or replacements for faulty or incorrect items
Earrings, for strict hygiene reasons
Used or damaged items not reported as faulty when first received (unless they fall within our 1 year jewellery warranty)
Items returned after 90 days
Download our returns/exchange form at the bottom of the page – or handwrite your details if you don’t have a printer.
Repack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the correct form.

Please use tracked delivery (signed for or special delivery if over £50) – returns are your responsibility until they reach us.
We’re a small business, so unfortunately, we can’t cover return/exchange postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchange items, once received, we will send them out for free.
Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days to the original payment method (excluding delivery costs).
Please email us straight away at [email protected] if something’s not right. Include:
Your name, order number, and a description of the fault
A photo (if possible)
Whether you’d like a replacement or refund
You’ll need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for us to treat it as a fault, not wear and tear.
We stand by the quality of our jewellery. If your item is affected by a manufacturing fault within 1 year, we’ll replace it, no questions asked.
This does not cover:
Lost items
Natural wear (scratches, tarnish – excluding waterproof jewellery, broken chains from use)
Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
Oh no! So sorry. Please email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it – just email us within 24 hours.
If it’s already on the way, you’ll need to return it once it arrives.
For in-store purchases, please ask a team member about our in-store returns policy, which may differ slightly from our online policy.
