Deliveries take 1-5 days, depending on the time and day the order was placed. Orders take 2 days to be recieved on average.

Returns Policy

90 days return policy for jewellery!

For most pieces of jewellery we are extremely flexible about returns. We understand the anxieties surrounding jewellery buying - especially if its a gift! That's why we want to be as accomodating as possible. You can shop with confidence knowing that if you don't like it, we will take it back within 90 days! Due to hygine reasons, we cannot accept returns for earrings.

For non-jewellery items our returns policy is 30 days.

Availability

Alot of the jewellery items are handmade and thus we only have one in stock. We are a small independent buisness and try our hardest to keep track of items being sold on our shop floor. Unfortunately, however, there may be instances in which the item has been sold before we have had a chance to modify our website. In these cases we will call or email you and offer you a full refund or put in a request to the designer to get the piece made especially for you. This also means the piece can be tailored to you if you wish, thus making a truly unique piece for you and you only. Timing varies from designer to designer, but generally this process can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks. We will, of course keep you fully informed throughout the whole process. Please note that the designer has a right to turn down any request (it is their work and they are in full control) and not every piece is handmade and therefore cannot be redsigned for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to seek more information
